Where: Conshohocken, PA or Remote | Full Time (40 hours) Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Equivalent Experience

As a Project Manager at ZeroEyes, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects meet our company’s goals and requirements while aligning with our values. You will maintain the highest level of professionalism in all client engagements throughout the installation process. Working with the Project Management and Install Teams, you will continually improve and streamline the installation process for the ZeroEyes platform. Your expertise in project management will be essential in ensuring that projects are delivered on time and to the satisfaction of our clients. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in helping us achieve our mission of making schools and public spaces safer through the use of AI-powered threat detection technology.

• Align project management practices with ZeroEyes’ mission and objectives.

• Develop and execute effective project management processes and procedures to ensure the successful deployment of the ZeroEyes platform.

• Cultivate strong relationships with key client stakeholders, consistently addressing their needs throughout the project lifecycle.

• Oversee installation team members, ensuring the successful execution of all projects.

• Utilize project management tools to monitor progress and ensure the timely completion of all installations.

• Establish an evaluation framework to pinpoint strengths and areas for improvement within the installation process.

• Ensure the achievement of critical goals, including customer satisfaction, safety, quality, and team member performance.

• Effectively manage risk, handle issues, and oversee change management processes for all projects, taking necessary corrective actions.

• Lead installation teams to deliver projects and programs within specified timelines, scope, and budget parameters.

• Execute additional administrative tasks as directed to support project management initiatives

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

• Minimum 3 years of project management experience, utilizing various methodologies and tools.

• Technology-oriented background with a solid grasp of basic computing.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective interaction with team members, stakeholders, and clients.

• Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities for identifying and mitigating risks.

• Excellent time management and organizational skills to meet deadlines and adapt to changes.

• Competence in budget management to monitor project expenses and ensure financial compliance.

• Skilled in negotiation and conflict resolution for maintaining positive relationships.

• Adaptability to navigate dynamic project environments and adjust strategies.

• Data-driven mindset to make informed decisions based on project metrics.
